Clean carpet, moderately dirty carpet, or filthy carpet?

Why?

Moderate

I like to see the carpet look better after I clean it
That is my thought also. I like the feedback of seeing a change in appearance.

Oops, apparently I am not smart enough to figure out how to delete a duplicate post.

Oh well.

Ive always prefer cleaning clean carpet. Those types of customers have it cleaned more often and pay the most. Plus they tend to know other people like them that have their clean carpet cleaned often. It just makes sense. Even those jobs you can tell the difference.

But I do like an occasional heavily soiled carpet just to keep my skills tuned.

Heavy urine jobs you guys can fight over.

There is a distinct difference between being a “Pet Owner Specialist” and a “Pet Odor Specialist”

The first customer type is attentive to the pet, and rarely ask you to do anything gross except in case of illness or accident...just like they would for a sick kid or old parent living with them.

The second type provides you with unpleasant work and rarely repeat business (unless it is a property management relationship that you can manage to make profitable)

Carpet I clean carpet, I want to clean easier to clean stuff, harder stuff requires more energy.

The older you get.

It hurts more. Hahahah
