It should stand up to cleaning with an orbital machine using an oxy-encap for the coffee and drink spillage. If you want the janitorial staff to be somewhat successful, supply them with a good quality encap product and teach them how to spot clean. Anything they can't remove with a misting bottle and microfiber towel, tell them to leave it alone and call you.
