Total sq ft for the buildings is about 878,000 sq ft and we cleaned about 600,000 sq ft. Pre spray pre scrub with cbrs and extract then teflon.

The Biggest challenge of this job was the size, it was over whelming. You a;most had to turn off the brain just so you could make it through the night..

That's pretty awesome. How about mixing it in a Hydroforce? What's the dilution ratio if I have a 1:4 HF?

Try 2 oz. per gallon. Your sprayer "makes" 5 gallons. So add 10 oz. of prespray and one gallon of water into the jug and start spraying. Make sure you shake up the O2 container before you put the 10 oz. into the jug.

If you want it stronger, then add 15 oz. of prespray and one gallon of water into the jug. That comes out to a 3 oz. per gallon dilution.

I have a corporate hq with a little over 75,000 and it kicks my butt! . I like doing the wide open areas with the cimex. However the wand is almost faster when working down the rows of cubicles. I remember last year that same account had us do 1300 office chairs. I made the chimp clean chairs the whole week and he hated it. Your job dwarfs my big one by far. Hope you made some money on that one
