Did someone slap an RX decal on a RV stair tool? are they being deceptive and need there auction taken down?

used to be a rx 20 for stairs...not sure if it looked like that or not though??

It's a Rotovac Stair tool without the wheels re-badged for Hydramaster.

Very difficult to use.
