And there is no differential for cat3 in there
You would get cat 3 extraction and probably can double dip with apply anti microbial to floor along with clean concrete which is way good
We generally just put clean with chemical/pressure wash and not both of the line items as I think that's a bit more appropriate. But you could probably but both without much push back from most carriers
