Can I remove some of the bristles and avoide the need to go to the larger 3/4 hp motor?

The 360I does its magic with far less..

Interesting how they have already removed 4 from the outside rim right in front (I think) of the vac shoe.

364 bundles of bristles. I'd cut 5% of them and measure the difference.

For a start. Keep it even.

Hmm 5% of 364 equals 18.2/4 equals 4.55 per section... lol...

I would not take off the innermost 5 of each section because I think this area agitates the spray from the inner sprayers.

Looks like Mytee's brushes are attached, with a separate backing, onto the turntable, instead of the bristles being punched through the turntable. Why doesn't someone make brushes that can be cut to fit and attached to other REs, like the HOSS and non-brush head RVs? Should be brushes for other applications that could be modified for this purpose.

That tool looks like it could use a HUGE blower. Mine's the big Butler 4.7 but I'd much rather have a 5 ,6, or 7 for all that open area on those orifices.

Looks like a Vortex or AT tool to me.

I wonder if one could shim the glides a sixteenth or two to slightly reduce the brushes contact - lowering the driving force needed?

Or Mikey could just break out a little cash and upgrade to the stronger motor---I wonder if the elimination of bristles might affect streaking...

Mark found that the .5 horse does fine with the teflon shoes, with the metal, not so much.

I gave up on the i, 3 or 4 port as streaking and slow cleaning were it's curse.

The Brush Head fixes both.

It's a gem.

I'm assuming all the new 360i's have the larger motor? How much extra weight? 38 pounds plus 2?
