We just raised the minimum and some of the prices in January. We charge enough to be competitive but we're not extravagantly priced. This is an economically depressed area, and if raised prices much more we may not have work at all.

It's going to slow down a bit any time now. Work in this area is very seasonal. Lots of people wanting to freshen up for spring, but I've also noticed it slowing some: went from 21 jobs to 11 to 10 over the last three weeks. Phone rang off the hook again today, but there will be days like that. Everyone wants pressure washing done right now.
