Got a call and booked a job monday..

Asked her, where she found me as I do all callers.

YPs..

So once every 3 or 4 months I book a job via my free listing.
Surprising even more so when my business name starts with a P..

Then she sez... Deanna Morgan gave you a nice review.

I pause for a second..
I ask, was it online YP or a book...

A book she sez..

So we end the call.

Just now it hits me.

10 years ago I bought a 1/2 page ad, in the ad I quoted a testimonial I had received.

That book expired in 2002..

WOW, I don't even have a phone book in the house.

I wish the YP still had the power that it did. Much easier than the internet and all that goes into it
Here is your check and I know I am being ripped off but it worked!

yeah, everyone fought and bought bigger ads to on 1st page, or top of page.

I even recall a few guys having bought 2 page ads in order to be 1st.

Now we all work to, or pay to try to show up 1st or 1st page on google.

I honestly like internet so much better..

"ad" can be changed daily, unlike one shot every 12 months.

Google+ should be a game changer when it rolls out to the masses.

It will be like Maps, Places and Facebook all rolled into one.

Much more dynamic!!
