Was that early 2019 when most cleaners lost the bulk of their reviews?
My NV operation went from 36 down to 2 or 3, and my CA location went from high 80s down to the 50s
NV had crept back up to 8 or 9 but all of a sudden it's at 30 with 12 still hidden. Scrux is stuck at 67 where it's been for months
