Hey Guys, I've just been checking out the competition online and come across this website.

Check out the carpet repair. Click on the photos for a close up. You'll see that the hole has been cut with domestic scissors. It's terribly uneven, and the donor piece has been placed the wrong way.

I am just a novice at this repair thing but that is not a very nice repair. It looks like the donor piece is turned 90 degrees.

Now, having said that, I do show less than perfect work along side some good ones so that expectations are sometimes adjusted.

maybe it's a forsight for the experience the customer is going to receive when they write the check for that work?
