He is so cool, he can bleed and correct a 50k rug without panicking. My sphincter tightened from the stress seeing the color run. And relieved and amazed when he corrected it.

I was most impressed by his vault... and the walk in freezer for insect damage...
When a guy buys an old bank vault for the truly high end pieces, he obviously has arrived at master level....

I took a look at the rug today Scott.

It's a Chobi, made in India, and has been "antiqued washed." Most of that added color has been lost to use and cleaning and now what remains looks a little like soiled areas, but it's supposed to look that way. You'll notice the originally white fringe also has dye in it.

It is nice and clean.
