Mike will fix it. He just has to pull his jacket off to show us his vest and it's super Mike to the rescue.

It's installers and crappy poly products that drove them to hard surfaces...

True but it's easier fix a carpet installers mistake and if the customer spends a little more on carpet it's still cheaper and gets better results.

Just gave a estimate on a travertine floor worst than that. Owners handyman claimed he can install, He only charged $2.50 sf to lay it. Going cost him $6 to flatten and polish plus filling. I'll take pics if I work on the job
