Largest hotel and convention center in town

Aron and I did it in one 12 hour day.

11 hours for Aron because he was late and hung over from the family wedding the night before.

Convention center ballroom, restaurant and side meeting rooms, three levels of halls. Two wings of steps all three levels

Lots of hose runs but went well

Think it was around 20,000 sq ft and stairs. Price at around 30 cents per square foot and $3 per step.

Was around $8000 for the day. (sitting in chair after knee surgery and not going to the computer to check)

Two Zipper Wands and two Butlers.

Made some money... Burned a lot of calories

Just finished 8500 sqft with the Cimex. That was after doing a full day Of residential. Started residential at 7:30, finished My commercial job by 8:30.... it was a good day money wise. Largest one I do is a casino, it’s 28k sqft. Im not looking forward to it. After I finish it (overnight job), I feel like I was out partying all night.... minus the booze, and good times....

After a fatality fire in an 8 floor dorm we cleaned the commons and hallways in that building successfully.

Subsequently the university was frantic to install new sprinkler systems in all the dorms that didn't meet standards. The contractor ran right up to the deadline for the new semester, and left a huge mess. There were even globs of concrete on the carpets.

After doing demonstration section they were pleased with the result.

Then they said "clean as much as you can before next Saturday and we will replace the rest later". We ran 24 hours a day until finished. ALL of it. A little over 150,000 sf.

A Catholic Church here we did for years 20k sq ft, but I was .10 a foot so I never got rich doing it.

But they always wanted it done 2 times a year the week between Xmas and New Years and beginning of August.

That would usually take one truck 2-3 days to complete

Can’t match those boasts. About 7000 feet vct and carpet. Doctor caught me on my belly reaching under the back of his electron radiation treatment machine, where nobody ever sees. I was scrubbing the cruddy vct and he wigged out. “Why are you waxing under there?”

“Because it needs it. Looks like crap.”

“You are frigging AWESOME!”

Blush....
