OH MY!!!!!!!!

You mean that the encapsulated dirt and oils do not dry to a brittle powder that is easily released from the carpet fibers and easily removed with subsequent vacuuming??

It's interesting, noting makes this carpet look different or even remotely better until it drys. Mud getting slurped up and NO visible diff.

Yes, in spite of what PadPrick and TrickyRicky say, you DO have to rinse after awhile. I learned that on a long term country club account with green carpet.

The facility manager asked me why the carpet looked like it had dirt deep down in the pile. I told him it was because there was dirt deep down in the pile! DUH!

He finally agreed to pay the overtime necessary for someone to stay after hours with us so we could HWE it.

Everybody else in town gives me a key. These folks won't let me stay there alone. Go figure.

I clean a large building every 6 months. About 1,500 people walk through a day. They encap certain areas each week. When I come through there is so damn much foam I have to use defoamer each time I clean. I rinse the almighty snot out of it and it always looks beautiful when I'm done.

Not a quality encapsulated shampoo most likely.

When I rinse Stevens or Rick's juice I don't have foam issues.

Jimmy isn't afraid to speak the truth and doesn't have to worry about scampoo advertisers pulling their ads because somebody reveals the truth!

It has always been SHAMPOO and always will be!

RESIDUES BABY!

Just waiting for that one guy to come along and write a 4 page manifesto on the "science" of encap. :dejection:

I hate it when you rag Marty.
Well, I don't really hate it...more of I dislike it.

No actually I don't even dislike it, more of an indifference...well, maybe indifference is too strong a word also.

Ya know, its actually kind of funny when you rag him....carry on! :winky:

You know Taco, Jimmy and I are tight.

Don't stomp on any burning bags on your front poach.

Jimmy lives close.

Don't know why that was so funny this morning....lack of sleep maybe....

But dang funny visual for me

What pads do you use when Cimexing?
I have been doing this office for 4+ years, tried to HWE with my Apex. It looked like hell.

I use the Fiber Plus MAx, I want to try something a little more aggressive.

Thanks

Tuway BBC's have aggressive power strips on an 8-inch bonnet. They work really well and can be washed over and over again.
