One is in the handle, the other long gone..

Once you get the grommets....

Put some wd 40 on them....

We did that and have had no issues since....

Mine didn't have any when I bought it used.... I just use a velcro strap through the allen wrench handle and around the Zipper handle... That also keeps the surgical tweezer, Stainless Steel brush for cleaning the jets and hole glide poker on it...

He's right and wrong. You CAN clean residential with the Zipper, but it's much more trouble than it's worth, unless you're cleaning particularly dirty carpet. We have a bad habit here of loving everything beyond all reason.

A couple of dabs of CrazyGlue or an similar alternative would suffice.

A little black polyurethane on both the grommets and the black covers on the holding plate. They will never fall out or off again.
