2.5 swivel cuff report

It's a whip that originally started out 1.5" and eventually ends up 2" with a very smooth transition.

There are now several makers of a "tapered" vacuum hose, Fast Eddie has one of my first, it was made in a Car Wash grade as that was easy, you can also ask him why you don't want to buy a Dultmeier carwash version of this hose, a high heat high vacuum version is what you want, we're making a new batch soon.
