Some of the best info I ever received was at Bane Clene's schools. We went back five or six times and took many great mill tours thru them.

Even if you think you hate their equipment, try it.

Hey that's where I met Bill Yeadon....

Thanks,
Lee

ps. It's not the machine...stupid. It's the business!

By far my best bang for the buck was SFS.......Value Added concept keeps you "marketing"to the customer throughout
the entire experience....from the initial phone call,on the job,in the truck,to complete followup after job.

The SFS marketing day then shows you how to easily transform the happy client to a steady, referral generating
machine. All this and Nick's great hospitality for $500. I can't say enough about that program.

Jim,thanks for the kind words to my wife Janice on Friday. You said she had the best answering machine
message you ever heard....you made her day..lol

The main complaint I hear about SFS is its too much info for 1 week.

Mike can I call and hear your message ?

Chris

P.S. JB's comment was not that harsh is there an issue between you two I'm not aware of ?
