Reality- If you died your customers would not attend your funeral and they really wouldn't care. At most they would say oh that's too bad. Then they would hang up the phone and find another cleaner. Come on this is the real world. Get a grip on reality.

You live in New York dude. Don't confuse the indifference of your neighbor hood with the rest of the country. About 2 years ago a local cleaner was killed in a car accident. I got so many phone calls that day making sure it wasn't me I almost broke down into tears my self (and I am not the mushy type). This was the one day I didn't dare let voice mail pick up.
Of course people will not stop cleaning their carpet if we die. They will certainly move on. But I like to think I have made some positive impacts along the way.

I say things I believe, things I have learned from experience.
So, you will never see me take the board guru route.
Now, if YOU need some advice on how to please a woman 99 different ways....then I will be guru like and I won't charge a dime.
