If that’s rental property, then it’s likely that the owner/manager doesn’t want to replace it. I guess there’s several ways to handle this, here’s what I do.

I use my HF to apply Harvard’s Pet Enzyme (at 4 to 1). I apply it pretty heavy.
I let it dwell for an hour
Then I apply 40v (straight) to any stains that are left
And HWE it with the RV. I put Saigers Lime Citron deodorant in my rinse.

I have never had a call back, but that’s probably because it’s rental property.

Manager should just make that unit the indoor Dog Park.

I usually text them to replace those bad Juans.

Not worth it after equipment clean up.

So what do you tell the customer after you cleaned, charged a premium price to do it and they want to see it with the UV light again and it still glows?

I tell them it will glow forever. But you can tell if its been cleaned before most times. If the edges are sharp and defined, it's usually fresh. There is no need to be deceptive. Disclose everything.

Which UV light is that? I need a more powerful one.

Never used the Cobb light but we just got new *** lights for our trucks. They are exponentially better than others we’ve used in the past. We paid $135 and I feel they are well worth it.

A comparison done by a cleaner comparing the UV lights:

In 2011 I actually was in negotiations with an Indian company to build a 100-led UV light.
We couldn’t agree on a price point.
