Did you give up on the Powerglide? Did you add a wheel?

The RX-20 head...

It only worked on my office carpet with pad... I bought Green Glides for it, used it all of 2 mins and couldn't get it to work for me... Tried it without the Green Glides and it didn't work for the jobs I bought it for... I didn't add a wheel to it, I don't think it'd help my situation... I need the rear of the machine to be raised or adjustable.... Do you need Green Glides for your powerglide? I don't know if Lisa will take trade in or returns, it's been well over 3 months and I didn't get around to mailing it back in a timely matter...
