John you say that this thing is better than a Cimex?

How so?

IMO, faster is not better unless the visual results are equal.

The minimax is a Porsche compared to the Cimax which is a Zamboni. That's the best analogy I can give you between the two they both work well and are very functional but the minimax gives us more better production time and the ability to be more efficient in office spaces around desks and such. The Cimax is fantastic for large open areas long hallways conference rooms .

You're fooling yourself, Goober.
We did a side-by-side comparison in the commercial setting cimex versus minimax Same Pads . Cimax took longer . And we couldn't cut in around desks and around cubicles very efficiently . But will use both .

I fail to see where 40 extra RPMs will make the difference

Even a 300 175 ain't all that
It's agility gives us The ability to cut in and out of the corners quickly doing a large office spaces more efficiently . Giving us more productive man hours .

I understand that John.

But wouldn't an Oreck Orbiter would be even more maneuverable?
I've never used an Orick orbiter. We have the cymax and the minimax. Love them both. But in my opinion and my text opinion the minimax surpasses the Cimex in multiple ways

I've watched the videos of the mini and because of the height and weight of the tank and sprayer it looks awkward to use. Balance would an issue. More operator stress.

but

is one of those ways a brighter, cleaner looking carpet?

OP machines are faster as well, but wont dig (and bury) like the Cimex does.

Sorry I missed the webinar. The multi brush that comes with the minimax cuts in deeper and is more penetrating than any pad on a Cimax

I'd have to see the carpet but if its more than moderately soiled we HWE.

How does that brush do as far as tip blooming? She looks pretty aggressive.

Mike is the brush head guy, he might like it. :winky:

Third-floor breakroom. We don't have a portable to access this so we had to encapsulate turned out awesome .

Imo brushes dont work vasvwell as agressive pads on level loop glue downs.
I have the grout brushes for the Cimex...waste of money.
