I'm short, fat and I wear glasses. I shaved my head so my kids can say "you see that short, fat, bald guy with the glasses? That's my dad".

Brian - Thanks... I started thinking about what the original reply was - "Is that why they chose you over someone else, because they could book their job online at 1030pm?" I went back to look at the times of these bookings and they were all over the board from 6AM to 11PM 7 days a week. But what really hit me is this...

It's not so much when they are booking, but that they choose not to call , but to book online. Given the opportunity, these 30+ choose to not call. It kind of reminds me of those that stopped calling 1-800-Unitedairlines back in the early 80's. They stopped because they could.... they had a choice.

You can have time slots or (down to the minute scheduling)... consumers seem to like down to the minute.

All start and end times are controllable.

Joe (at Principle Focus) has asked for a call after the first part of the year to collaborate on an API so the data will flow freely between the two programs. It will.
