I kept my smart assed comments to myself and stood by my quote. We just cleaned her carpet and she passed on the stretching.

People have no clue. Don't feel bad, Today I had a call back to go turn off a ceiling fan.

We leave the A/C and ceiling fans on if the house is not occupied and closed up.. Its the job of the customer to turn it off after a day.. lol

The carpet installers I was alluding to...

I give out their names to clients needing a restretch...and all the installers pretty much recommend us....

I make money faster cleaning them over doing stretching....
