if a guy doesn't have an on-board water softener, he SHOULD be using a bit of emulsifier to condition the water.

and Heatwave is one of the best

We find 1/3 to 1/2 of manufacture's recommended dilution rate is just about right

emulsifiers are inferior.

The superior NONIONIC surfactants break down in high heat TM systems. So they have to formulate products with ANIONIC surfactants.
