Unlike Saiger's Prima Donna jobs, we have to actually vacuum our restaurants..

Attached a broom handle to the Kirby to speed things up..

To the left of the Cimex was all Encapped, to the right was pre scrubbed with the Mex and Flex and Chemspec BioSolve then Zippered. The right side was more soiled but the final results we near equal. The Cimex'd areas looked a tad better though when wet.

I come from the land down under,

Where my Cimex sounds quiet & people wonder

But when they see my results, their cheers are like thunder,

And all that my competitors can do is chunder.....vomiting_zpstn1fb7et.gif

Let me get this right:

To the left of the Cimex was all Encapped,

To the right was pre scrubbed with the Mex and Flex and Chemspec BioSolve then Zippered.

The left was more soiled but the final results we near equal.

So you actually went over the section on the right twice??

Once with the Cimex and solutions, then extracted with the Zipper??

On the left you merely Cimexed it??

Is that correct??

:yoda:

yes, that is correct Shorty

Some areas were Cimex'd with Releasit DS2
Some areas were pre scrubb'd with the Cimex and rinsed with the zipper
and some of those areas were then post encapp'd with the CimexDS2 again..

The "just" Cimex'd areas were taking a lot longer as the carpet was pretty bad this visit.

But the sad fact Mikey is that the zippered areas were HWE restoration type cleaning actually removing the soil load.
And the cimex areas although were fast, easy money, with the initial PREVAC being the actual only soil remover.......the fact is.............it's an appearance management cleaning. And with most of the soil load STILL in the carpet it will soil much faster than the areas that you HWE with the zipper.

And it's pure folly to expect the janitorial staff to vacuum up that PIXIE dust when it dries. It just won't happen.
So in essence the only way to clean that restaurant is to HWE it.

These are the facts......anything else is BS.

We've split this job like that many times

No indication that the Shampoo'd areas are resoiling quicker

But I agree with you in theory

Using a 18 inch hoover conquest vacuum would have speeded up the operation than using that POS kirby.
Because it can be used like a lawn mover with vacuuming on the forward stroke.

Logic was tell you that's what would happen but experience tells you a much different story. I've heard the story over and over from clients that like the appearance and love that its stays "clean looking longer".

Although saying that, we still HWE the worst areas to remove soil load.....then Cimex to make it look better! :errf:

In situations where HWE is not practical for distance or multiple floors above ground level then we OP and Cimex.

Now I want to add more Zippers to speed HWE on commercial and have less wear & tear on the tech's too.

But also using the cimex over uneven floors might give an advantage over using the zipper in appearance.............only

It's just common sense to only use HWE on the main level of a multi story building. The soil load lies within 50 feet of the main entry. Shampoo/bonnet clean anything above the 1st floor . : )

Most small business owners are republican.......because the dems are all out to take your money and give it to those in our society that don't deserve it.

There is a reason I like Donald Trump : )

I dont use encaps much at all and cant talk to thier effectiveness, But I have used ARA from CTI on soap spills and rapid resoil areas with sticky residues that are hard to extract out.

Bottle of shampoo spilled on a carpet creating a massive foam war with the machine eating all my defoamer. these areas usually resoils fast from the sticky residue.

I sprayed ARA on them walked away and the resoiling stopped customer happy.
I did inform them to vacuum the next day. So there is something to it that works.

You ok over there Saiger?

You went 24 hours without a post or video on the interwebs...

Actually getting my A$$ handed to me today too...

We split up the vans today....I went North to take care of 3 Resort Cabin Living Rooms....Sent Son in Law out on own all over the place too...

That didn't work out well...

4 Living Rooms....plus 4 halls, and each of the 4 cabins with 3 Bedroom areas....AND

2 Damn microfiber entertainment sofas....

AND....2 poor Planning rental owners how needed it today or tomorrow....

Been home for about 30 minutes and heading out soon for another commercial Restaurant type Tile and Grout job that has never been professionally cleaned in 20 years :hopeless:

People have been relentless again today on "We need it now"

Well...."You're going to have to wait until next week at least!" :madder:

Then I had some Yellow Book salesman tell me I needed to advertise more....RIGHHTTT....NOT!!!
