I tested that wand for quite awhile.........different Teflon set ups......etc..
got the thing down to a perfect set up and with the conventional handle instead of that big blue one and it was a perfect wand....
good flow...good flush..holds heat....
I did not want to give that one back....
IMO..if they make it and stick to that set up...it will be another hit........

Make the head out of the poly carbonate and it might sell too. You'd be able to see the soil extracted out of the carpet.

Mikey there is a precedent for making a clear top cover. It will allow people that already own the tool to gain the advantage of seeing the water/dirt being extracted without having to buy a whole new tool. Also if they are able to make it at a price point that isn't cost prohibited to replace every so often when it clouds up, which it is going to then it will be worth it. saying it would be lame before it even hits my door sounds like something Marty would say. Hell it might no even happen if the cost cant be controlled were it makes smart financial sense for everyone which includes the cleaner

I'd have to see it with the half and half but I think I'd much rather have the whole enchilada than just partial.

Would the clear bottom be the same mold as the colored one? Then make the top piece available as a replacement. You could buy the whole clear tool, or buy just the top to replace the top of the old tool.

I have a question about the SS Tool ?
Did they make any changes to the new mold ?
I do like the tool, but several buyers have complained about a small void in the vacuum extraction,
in the very center of the tool.
Has anybody noticed that who cleans daily with the tool ?

the clear tool improved the overall event, not the attendance as know one but Studebaker knew it was going to be there.
The new Zipper was a hit to.
as was the Purple Caddy.

We have (4) of the Sapphire blue tools and someone cleans with one nearly every day between the shop and the field. Never seen or heard what you're describing. Any pictures Larry? Is it possible there is a ball of lint restricting the airflow? Have ever cleaned it out?

My upholstery specialist returned his brand new tool, after several repeated calls to Sapphire.
Certain fabrics show it more.
It is just a little tab in the center that can be manufactured thinner.
It should have been more visible on the clear tool,
if they are the same casting.

I asked my local store to look into if this new clear top half is available and haven't heard back. If I find out it's "extra" and exclusive I won't be surprised.

Can you swap then out real fast to see if the clear head will work on the blue tool? It would answer that question in ten minutes.

No never. I have cleaned hundreds of theatre seats and dozens of couches. My only complaint is the valve can twist open while your dragging it between seats. Other than that it's pretty smooth.

Clear plastic doesn't look very good after a short time in the field. The clear part could be replaced at a cost.
Should Sapphire make a blue tool and a clear tool?
