Very nice!
Two hole glides?
Are you getting good at adjusting each job?
Do you have to adjust or you just run it the same way every job?
Do you notice, noticeable increase in production with the 2 extra inches?
Is it more strenuous than the 13 or about the same?
Do you dry stroke? As I see you clean bothforward and back.
Looks like the Zipper does a great job on CGD!!! Nice video. I love tripods.
Oh and Erick is supposed to be getting on of the prototype wand handles out to me to try out will report back when I have played with it a bit.
You'll have to speak with Eric. He had at one time a program where you paid the freight for the demo.Been talking with Cap about the Zipper for residential lately, keep the updates going guys. Does Zipper offer you a trial period like Rotovac does.
Like the 2week send back if no likey? No charge? I still have my Rotovac 360i But love the idea of being able to get in corners and no rakey.
Most importantly the traditional wand method is really starting to bother my top technician as well as raking.
Thanks guys
I am with you..pinched nerve in the neck and arm for years...chiropracter.....I havent had any neck or arm pain since I started using the zipper...totlly different musclesIf it ain't broken, don't fix it. I think putting a traditional wand style handle on it instead of the T bar handle is a mistake. I have frozen shoulders from throwing and pulling the wand. I've had cortizone shots, extended physical therapy. I've got some of my range back but not all of it. I can lift my arms up over my head again now and reach behind my back to tuck in my shirt but it's not 100% maybe 80-85%. That's probably the best I'll be able to get. The encapsulitis has so much scar tissue built up now.. the only way to get me to 100% is for them to put me out completely and force the shoulder joint to rip apart the scar tissue to free the muscles and ligaments. Even then, the cure may be worse then the curse.
Personally, I'd leave the zipper as it is. If I could justify the price which I can't right now, but if I was in the market for a new wand and had a system to correctly utilize all of it's benefits to the max... it would be the zipper. Although, I haven't tried a Prochem Ti wand eiher so maybe I'm speakng prematurely. But I like the idea of "mowing" a lot better than all the pressure and twisting with traditional wanding motions.

I think Erik was selling them as an option, not one or the other.
As far as use, I think the wand handle felt more familiar and comfortable but I don't have back or shoulder issues. So I can't really speak to the difference in the two handles as far as pain.
Using the two I liked that wand handle the best.
boy this is fun, Boyle must thoroughly enjoy himself when he rips poeple for real.If it ain't broken, don't fix it. I'm going to get a chance to demo the 13 inch zipper. While I'm excited I am also not keen on the price or the weight of it, but I will have to see. I have a feeling they're going to need to make a lighter weight one for residential cleaners like myself.
Will report back
