got beat up by ink stains today

a dog got hold og a yellow ink cartiage and left yellow ink on customer carpet,, tried cobbs ink stain remover,, nothing, rinsed, then tried spot and boost from vacaway,, nothing,, rinsed tried hel gel,, nothing ,, rinsed, then tried ss pog nothing..... nothing i had on the truck even touched it,...

whats on your truck that will remove yellow ink from a printer??/ of course the customer tried to remove herself

Inks like that sometimes and just will have to be patched.

I have had good luck with Cobb's stain solve........you have to be on your toes.......it makes it grow

Some inks just don't want to move. If she already tried maybe nothing. I use solvent clean mixed with acetone 50%

Jim has the correct first step, the DC Stain Solv . . .

Yellow inks and golden yellow furniture stains will then REQUIRE RINSING . . .

and an application of oxidizer (DC Fabric Brightener).

Some yellow inks have a yellow pigment, which makes it more difficult.
