Protect those baseboards

I always told my clients that the baseboards were a casualty. I explained in detail, several times before I would even give them a quote, that the baseboards could be doomed. Taping off only adds to the problem. Most of the time we'd make it out with them only needing some touch up paint. If it's MDF, have them sign off on it.

If it is yellow-yellow, especially in grout lines, it is probably polyurethane. Old school polyurethane

Standard strippers will not touch it... go KS or soy stripper... costley and toxic

we no longer do these jobs due to health concerns
