So it's July and we are slamming!

Apartment manager is too. She sends us a large, pretty random, list of carpets needing to be cleaned. The pic was my attempt at making sense of them by building number/move out/move in dates.

It is a pain and I'm looking for a better solution.

Any ideas?

I'm looking for something that will be quick and easy for them and us.

Thanks!

And these are in the opposite direction from the college town we serve this time of year!

Seems pretty simple to me. Prioritize according to vacancy/ move in dates. Of course you'll need to be in contact with the painters/cleaners/maintenance staff so you don't step on each others toes, but it's pretty straightforward. I counted 33 suites- sweet. Looks like a nice payday.

What about a WORD table or Excel spread sheet.

I'm not sure of some of what she has there. You'd have to explain it for the table to work better for you.

Your really lucky - most move outs happen at month end here. It gets freaking crazy around the 30th or so.
