I sent two of my guys down to Socal to go to stone f@g school so I get to spend the week with our two month old tech cleaning and schooling..
Start the day with new guy getting a flat tire on the freeway. I got to go rescue him...luckily the 1st gig rescheduled.
Came back to tidy up deal with six boxes from Cobbs. Larry if you ever send my motherfooking packing peanuts again I'm going to make sure Mexico takes back your gawd forsaken state once and for all. ARE YOU NUTS!!!???
What a huge waste of time. Here in Cali we can't just let that crap blow all over. Secure packaging is a must.
To quote my pal Lockhart....
What a jerk.
2nd job was a touch up. 20 year old nylon, 15 plus carpet cleaners. Browned out in a few small areas. I dont know what sort of interview my guy Ely did with her but me being the mature 50 year old OWNER OP, you can only wish you could have eavesdropped on my oh so well polished interrogation. Turns out the last guy was a porty hack and I have the most beautiful brown eyes and here is a $20 tip for coming back out...
I pity 20 and 30 year olds who have to compete with us gentlemen...
3rd..
I have not seen this family in 15 years. They moved and she says it took her 13 years to convince her husband to finally clean her white nylon.
The Ta's were pretty bad so I loaded up the Flex with Oxy clean and soaked her down. HOSS'D to TAs and Ti wanded the rest. Not too shabby for 13 years. I used CTI Last Step to ensure a nice crisp finish. That stuff really is nice. Plain water rinse would have been overwhelmed by all the 02 and high pH.
Who the hell goes 13 years with out cleaning their floors?
Last job was a unique Sandstone entry. She beat me up good when I booked the job. Loads of Qs. I was ready to get drilled again upon arrival.
She fully expected that we would need two days to clean 150 sq ft.
Like the last dude did.
But he only had a 175 and a mop.
We were done in under a hour and a half. She insisted that it get enhanced so she gets to apply her Stonetech product herself as we can't come back this week.
Jordan King....this was a quick $275 job that all you needed was some flex and a PMF wand and spinner to pull off.
Had some Charlie Hong Kongs for dinner, took Diesel for a walk and set my alarm clock for 6AM so I can take the UD for a tranny service..
see you tomorrow...
