I sent two of my guys down to Socal to go to stone f@g school so I get to spend the week with our two month old tech cleaning and schooling..

Start the day with new guy getting a flat tire on the freeway. I got to go rescue him...luckily the 1st gig rescheduled.

Came back to tidy up deal with six boxes from Cobbs. Larry if you ever send my motherfooking packing peanuts again I'm going to make sure Mexico takes back your gawd forsaken state once and for all. ARE YOU NUTS!!!???

What a huge waste of time. Here in Cali we can't just let that crap blow all over. Secure packaging is a must.

To quote my pal Lockhart....

What a jerk.

2nd job was a touch up. 20 year old nylon, 15 plus carpet cleaners. Browned out in a few small areas. I dont know what sort of interview my guy Ely did with her but me being the mature 50 year old OWNER OP, you can only wish you could have eavesdropped on my oh so well polished interrogation. Turns out the last guy was a porty hack and I have the most beautiful brown eyes and here is a $20 tip for coming back out...

:eekk: I pity 20 and 30 year olds who have to compete with us gentlemen...

3rd..

I have not seen this family in 15 years. They moved and she says it took her 13 years to convince her husband to finally clean her white nylon.
The Ta's were pretty bad so I loaded up the Flex with Oxy clean and soaked her down. HOSS'D to TAs and Ti wanded the rest. Not too shabby for 13 years. I used CTI Last Step to ensure a nice crisp finish. That stuff really is nice. Plain water rinse would have been overwhelmed by all the 02 and high pH.

Who the hell goes 13 years with out cleaning their floors?

Last job was a unique Sandstone entry. She beat me up good when I booked the job. Loads of Qs. I was ready to get drilled again upon arrival.
She fully expected that we would need two days to clean 150 sq ft.

Like the last dude did.

But he only had a 175 and a mop.

We were done in under a hour and a half. She insisted that it get enhanced so she gets to apply her Stonetech product herself as we can't come back this week.

Jordan King....this was a quick $275 job that all you needed was some flex and a PMF wand and spinner to pull off.

Had some Charlie Hong Kongs for dinner, took Diesel for a walk and set my alarm clock for 6AM so I can take the UD for a tranny service..

I'm a believer now, Flex is killer. Got that, Cobbs sealer, some other goodies coming for all 4 trucks.

Going to make a move on both pmf wands this next week for the 3 hydramaster trucks.

Excited for what we can really start to do with stone, tile, and grout!

X100 on the Flex, that's the first high PH pre-spray that even our odor-sensitive moms don't mind. Anything that's actually dirty, whether carpet or tile, gets Flex'd... I also like that PMF wand

Day two

After dropping off the UD we had a climb up the mountain to what was supposed to be 2 feet of joint repair and clean and seal some granite kitchen counters..

Older couple with bad vision so the reality turned out that the entire backsplash joint was loose, rotted or missing AND as the bottom mount sink joint was toast as well. 1 hour tuned into three. Or $225 tuned into $590 if that sounds better.

It's real rare to get such nice long strips like that..

Had to douche this one hard with ShockWave disinfectant to kill the funk.
We left her a fan to dry out the cavity and we'll go back on Saturday to fill the joints..

Next job was back down that mountain and back up an even higher one to get to the owners house of our best apartment building. One bed room flats go for $1850 a month there. Fun and sassy older couple who demand the best.

I got to watch my new guy, Javier clean a staircase here.. I'm real please with how far he has come in two months. Whipped out a case with my full sized Titanium like a 20 year pro. He is almost always one step ahaed of me and a total joy to work with.

Stoked!!

Look Jordan King @cleanking ....How does anyone ever work with out a low profile S Bend??

Last job is an heir to one of the US's largest companies. His last name is on at lest five products in everyone of your homes.

Loaded.

Think tanker sort.

Had a massive water damage and the repair goofs left grease spots on his wool broadloom...

Took Javier back to the shop then picked up Diesel to go visit my mom in the nursing home. I figured tonight was a good time to tell her about our move. She appeared to absorb the details but when I asked her to comment on it all she just said "it must be fun living on the Ponderosa with Michael Landon.."

It's all good. Big news disturbs her, hence my delay.

Big D had a good time sniffing the dirty diapers....

She heard well enough and hard to know if she was serious or kidding about Michael Landon.

I have a big boy like that. He's about the size of a draft horse. He's intimidating if you're not used to seeing large horses. Hard to find a halter to fit his big head.
