So..
800 feet of dirty (not filthy) Poly.
No visible signs of pet damage.
I used the Proteam Vacuum first for edging but I was not happy with how it was NOT digging into the matted pile so I whipped out my new to me Royal. This was my first time really giving one a go and I was very pleased. Much like a Kirby but feels so much lighter. Almost like using the Brush Pro 10" actually. Dug and fluffed MUCH better than the Proteam...Really no comparison on this carpet..
After vacuuming I proceeded to prespray with a mixture of Procyon and a
Harvard Pet/Deo that Sagier sent me,(thank you very much) at 320 PSI.
Followed up with the Brush Pro..
Even after the two vacuumings I still dug loads of crud and poly fiber out..
I used the PMF Mach 12 on the bed rooms and edges in the living room and tested out the Rotovac 360i with the brush head to deal with the heavy matting..
The
370 never skipped a beat and when ever I went out to the truck the heat was at 220. 50" of 2.5, 15 of 2" and 25 of 1.5. A total joy to use the Mach 12. So easy to use, only way to make it better would to have a Tom swivel on it. Fantastic airflow and thanks to the two piece
glide, it has great edge cleaning and crud pick up with it's wider than normal opening.
Much like Tom's wands, this was created to only be used with a glide so the vacuum port is considerably wider than (most) wands that glides were an after thought for. Big difference and something all other wand manufactures should be implementing in their future designs.. (pissst, the future is now btw)
Hey Marty... NO OVER SPRAY.
Here's the fun part. I wanded at 300 psi with 4 flow. Two to three dry passes. Each room got ten minutes or 20 of drying with the Omni Pro min fans.
and I tell you what. ANY home owner would be
convinced that their carpet was
100% dry by the time I left. No moisture could be felt at all.
With a light Flex ICE rinse, the pile was very soft....and very dry.
and very clean..
Hard to tell but that lump was the size of a cantaloupe (or a baby head for your meat heads)
Never thought about my bum foot or bum back today at all...
Just loving this fly weight set up.
