Dry compounds are helpful when you need to clean an area that has almost continuous traffic such as a 24 hour business. Do it frequently enough that the carpet does not get more than moderate level of soil
The smaller particles in Brush Pro powder should go further for an equal amount of powder. Rather like ULV foffer for guys that are familiar with foggers. Smaller particles means more surface contact area doing the cleaning.
In theory, the smaller particles are also easier to remove from the carpet (by vacuuming or
CRB) but I have never tested this idea.
