Took everything I had to get this one clean.

Eight months old, never cleaned.

I used Chemspec Enzall boosted with BioSolv and Oxyclean.

Red pad under the 175 got it to this..

Zipped it and while I flushed gobs of brown filth out it was streaked something horrible.

So I pre sprayed again and whipped out the Miracle Worker..




I then went over it again with the Zipper to trim out and get out some additional moisture.

Used the SS Invisible to detail the carpeted baseboards.

Post padded and blow dried..

True story...clean kitchen floors cut down on this quite a bit and that is something I always point out to any new restaurant accounts, usually gets me an add on for tile scrubbing as well. If nothing else they need walk off mats to help.

I'd use the 175.
A fast vacuum, spray down some encap solution and use some wet bonnets and rip though there. It would lighten the soil load and keep it nice looking until the next month.
