Matt, it's not about that customers lawn only. What about the neighbor?What about the people in the fancy house driving by? If Saiger did his set-up next to yours in neighboring houses who do you think looks more worthy of the big bucks... a great review? Or dare I say it..a you-tube video!

Unless the neighbors are carpet cleaners, they wont have any idea what any of that stuff is. Unless you tell them, they don't you are doing something special/extra for them.

When I started out we only had a porty. The porty made me feel like I was not a real carpet cleaner/insecure about equipment. When I finally got the tm, I was really bummed my client weren't outside checking it out all the time.

I know understand, they don't care if I have a butler or sapphire. Most of the don't even see the van from inside the home.
