Mark;

We have been using Pentak Filter housings in our RO truckmount water systems.

They have performed well in the trucks. PentekFilter.jpg

Always sucks when it happens to you but gives you empathy for your customers. I've had it several times in my shop. Teaches you not to leave rugs on the floor

Thank goodness it was not winter because there would have been some ice damns right outside the shop.

Look to be either a defective filter housing that some micro defect or somebody over tightened it upon installation.

I saw the same thing happen in a church here locally and the water ran all night and they came into a bunch of stuff floating around as that pet of the church was below grade and nowhere for the water to go.

Do I need to send some dehus up there?????

Hate that for you and yours Mark. It "sucks"! At least you have the means to restore, but who wants to. I'm sure all of us have had something similar happen to us. I have:angry:

That sucks. Hopefully not a lot damage.

We live off water damage but it sure sucks when it happens to ourselves. :errf:

Still have a few air movers and Dehus....

We just turned on some air movers....blowing it dry...

Ran for about 3 hours but went down exterior feed drains mainly....

Just got done playing plumber and installing a new Filter unit....

Water Softener still working but will see if damaged....

Hey Mark, so sorry to hear about that! Happened to me 2 years ago. Got a call on a Sunday morning that our store and warehouse was flooded. Ran to the office. Sure enough we were under water. Everything from front to back was sitting in water. The neighbor next to our business had a pipe break in their wall over the weekend and it flooded their office and ours. What an enormous mess. The water damage restoration ensued for weeks. Total pain in the butt! I sure hope it goes better for you. Here are a few pictures of ours...

Damn, did Lockhart poke all those holes?!? Minus well cut it out... We'd do roughly 8"-12", unless it's injectidry type then it's small holes...

Servo-Pro explains it...:eekk:

Sorry to hear about your misfortune Marky, it's time to reorganize the shop and clear out what you don't need.. lol. And where's Pizza boy?!?

Happed just like that at my fathers house. Flooded laundry room, kitchen and den...all wood floors.
