Steel toed, oil and slip resistant, non-marking Brahmas.

Academy Sports, about $35/pair.

Then I douche the uppers with protectant to help them look nice longer.

Greenie used to send us shoes I saw & bought when we were on a cruise which stopped in San Juan.
They were Hunters Bay lace up's, they were the comfiest, non slip shoe Ive ever had for this job.
Cant get them in the UK though and they wont send them.

You wouldn't think they would but they are. Although because I wear them daily I go though a pair a year.

My closet is full of boots that look decent but are broke down enough I need to slip in a pair of Superfeet insoles to wear.

Never tried, probably. ???

However if it cost half of new to get a used pair fixed, I might as well buy new until my closet fills up. :winky:
Good Cowboy boots are about $70 to $80 for soles and heel... Maybe more if insole needed

Those are my favorite too, even though Mikey says Skechers are for women. I

Mikey's fickle
just look at all the vac's he's claimed were greatest
dog'd the Oreck for years ....now it's "greatest evah"

once he gets past his manhood insecurity issues, and gets a pair of Skechers, he'll discover they're the cat's azz

I was a poor kid in the East Bay Area. I was a big 49ers fan. I remember Joe Montana used to be the spokesperson for L.A. Gear. I remember how happy I was when my mom bought me a pair. I thought I was in the In-Crowd. I remember those shoes were heavy as hell.
