Downtown Minneapolis....tons of fun and awesome....

Plus other places to shop such as the Mall of America and other such malls

There are cultural centers...Zoo...

You will be able to see lots of lakes (you could fall into one so many)

Minneapolis is a happening place....

If you come another 3.5 hours North to my area of Grand Rapids MN or even my Brothers area of Bemidji MN lots of resorts to stay and enjoy lake living (in crystal blue clear lakes)

There are resorts even closer to Minneapolis...

August is usually a really beautiful time of the year.

I'd be fishing one of the better walleye 'n Northern Pike lakes ...and/or maybe hire a guide 'n boat for mega Musky
that's if I couldn't borrow one of Saiger's race jet skies...and boat ...for the day

I promise to bring the jet ski back with a full tank of gas
and hose the fish guts 'n blood off the boat deck........

Cass lake I caught a walleye bigger than my leg on 6 lb test. Was told it was probably a record but I didn't pursue it.

Saw a musky swimming around had to be about 5 foot long. Couldn't get him to hit but already had the walleye.

Use to have a big thick glass mug that said Paul bunyon short beer but it got stolen in the army. Got it in bemidgi.

I live right next to one of Ohio's top 5 Musky lakes

West Branch is less than a mile from me.
Biggest caught there held state record for a few years ...over 50 pounds as I recall
Biggest I've landed was 42" (nothing to weigh it with) caught on a big willow leaf spinner , measured and released

and while I'm bragging....July 4 1999 I may have caught a state record Lg Mouth Bass ..float tubing a farm pond .
No scale, but measured 25" and YUGELY fat (state record is 25 1/16")
I'd of clobbered her, but already had a trophy hog on the wall, so I measured and released
