Is there a portable spotter machine that has enough power to work with the SS Uph Pro?

I'm pretty sure the EDIC Bravo does not have enough pressure to spray pass the vacuum port, 55psi max and all...

I have a little machine in my garage I’m working on. It’s it pieces right now but I’ll give it a test.

Mike, you need an Aquatec 120 psi pump. You can even go with a 170psi. These are drop in replacements for Flowjet and really nice pumps. The Flowjet 55 psi oscillating pumps are garbage.

Also, you can special order a larger flow restriction disk for the portable version of the Sapphire tool which comes standard with a orifice of .052, but you want the .057 (20-035). Won’t make a huge difference but it helps.

And no, that Flowjet 55 psi pump will not work even with the larger disk.

There you go. My one useful post for the year! :)

yeah cause none here like to modify anything.. all are using the original wands, filters and hoses that came standard
I just like the speedster configuration. Large rear wheels, 2-3stages in parallel, your choice of pump. Just had to modify it from a 1 cord 20 amp machine to a 2 cord machine. Most of the time in Canada, we don't have 20 amp circuits. Now that I have the 2 cords, it gives me the freedom to put larger vac motors and pumps. I believe you can custom order a new machine from them. Just have to know what you want and why.

I think Mikey is looking for a compact spotting machine and not the full size portable. Something in between the Edic bravo and regular size portable.

Not sure how that make any difference. You have 220 volts over there don't you?

230/240 volts. You can get around the law by putting locking castors on because then its fixed plant not portable :hopeless:
The new Mytee have locking casters. With a single cord 220 volt machine you can have a 500 psi pump and 2 3-stage vacuums. With 2 cords, you can add a fairly powerful heater. We're stuck with 120 volt 15 amp circuits here.
