I did manage to stock up on beer.

Not sure what we're eating for dinner, tho.

Probably a good time to start a fast.

Sorry for the DAP, Marty. It's a lame day here on April 15--supposed to be half-way nice out. It's 30 degrees (still haven't figured out how to make the degree symbol on my Mac) with snow and ice everywhere-not as bad as Grand Rapids, MN but really very crappy compared to many other April 15ths.

day 2 of a 3 day fast is the only slightly tough day i.m.e. never done more than 3 days.

try a green juice fast if your first time and look up sole water (pronounced solay) think its a South American thing but keeps any headaches at bay and is easy way to keep minerals up

I'm going into my quiet season so starting to readdress my diet which tends to get thrown aside when I get busy

Good to hear, Dan. Yeah, I always do juice fasts. I've tried water fasts but it's too hard for me. With fresh juice I feel great all thru the fast. Longest is about 20 days I think.
