My day got fun. I tried to walk.

I tried to walk from this job. Move out. All covered in pee pee. I told the tenant that cleaning this is useless and really needs to be replaced. She just wants it cleaned and doesn’t want to pay for any urine work. I made her sign my statement on the invoice regarding the urine contamination and that she did not want treatment. She is having delusions of getting her deposit back. I’m covered, but I still feel sick inside.

The faster I get this done, the faster I can ride my bike.

W say something like this when customers insist we clean something that we know will still be a disaster after cleaning.

"Acme Cleaning Company has recommended against cleaning the family room carpet at 123 Main St. I understand that the carpet will still have large soiled/stained areas after cleaning and that the urine odors will not improve and may actually become more noticeable. I insisted that they try the cleaning knowing the above and that that any additional work will be at additional charge. Signed __________ "

I can hear the call now Damon:

"I know I didn't want it deodorized, but now it smells worse....and its all YOUR fault!

Now you have to deodorize it for me...before it was just a dirty carpet, but now its a foul mess...and its all YOUR fault!"

And I'm not REALLY sure it was the urine, since it smells so bad now. I think I'm smelling your chemicals and its giving me a headache...and its all YOUR fault!"

Please Damon...you're a young man....don't do it!

Sometimes it's just better to very lightly prespray and crb followed with padding.

Limit moisture.

Shear the dirt off without too much moisture and make it look good. Keyword: look good.

It's the most helpful thing for a customer that just want their deposit back and are unwilling to pay for proper procedures .

Still have them sign the acknowledgement.

urine contamination and that she did not want treatment

what "treatment"??:headscratch:

short of ripping it out, she'd be throwing good money after bad .
I certainly hope you didn't suggest some kind of "treatment"
Cause you'd be pi55ing in the wind (no pun intended) and she still wouldn't get her deposit back

I'd be mostly concerned that she dumps the liability on me. I'd plan on defending yourself to the landlord. No matter what she signed or what you wrote, she is going to try and hang the problem on you.
