Hay @Mikey P @hogjowl and well maybe not @Desk Jockey

When things need trouble shooting and we have our list l, what do you do when your guy's can’t get it?

I know multiple trucks redunency being able to stop on a dime and get out there and make Mrs Pift happy is priority #1

Today was one of those days and boy wonder needed to pull out all of his super Butt kissing skills today!

I’m not out of the woods yet I’ll let you know Monday!

Phil does first job $340 no problem, gets to his 10-12 closer to 1130 ish

Sets up while helper vacuums!

I finish my job and think about going to check on him before I drive 30 minutes in the other direction, but he gets a 5 star review from the repeat customer!

And I feel pretty good with it!

Another $300 ticket and a 1-4 appt waiting!

Well 25 minutes later I’m pulling up to rosamond 30 minutes away from Phil.

And he can’t get the 570 to start!

So my two great rooms and hall for $175 is gonna have be fast!

After about 15 minutes the gentleman of the house says he needs to leave by 2 and starts freaking out on phil, to which he says call the boss!

So he calls my wife whose at a restaurant with my daughters for Mother’s day and starts in on her on what a waste of time and what are we going to do!

She exhaust all measures with the gentleman and He say she hung up on him, she says the conversation was over!

They kicked Phil out and changed the 5 star review to a scathing 1 star review on google!

I tried calling and was told your wife was rude to my husband and hung up on him we have to go!

My wife says the guy had her crying, and both my daughters said there’s nothing more Mom could’ve done! He was a jerk!

These people are repeats and have used us a few times too!

But the new review failed to mention they rescheduled two times on us and once because we were having a scheduling issue!

Very pleasant everytime!

I texted the Lady of the house who loves us and apologized and said your husband was yelling at my wife and had her crying!

And after all this I was still willing to come clean the carpet for free!

Because I feel horrible!

She ended up texting me back saying her husband wasn’t yelling but sounds like it cause his voice is loud!

And if I would clean it for free she would Change her review!

So I put her in Monday where me and my reliable pro1200 better getter done!

I ended up swapping trucks with Phil and trouble shooting his truck at home!

Changed fuel filter jump started it ran for 2 minutes and shut down!

I finally bypassed the shut off float switch and got it started!

Let it run 20 minutes and went and did my last job!

Shit happens. Equipment no matter what brand or model is going to have an issue.

Your wife shouldn't have to take any abuse. When it goes South instruct her to acknowlege the problem, apologize for the situation and tell them you will contact them to resolve their issue.

Way to salvage the client!

There’s no indicator light to tell you why it shut down?
No it’s a crap shoot!

But it’s usually a small list!

Waste Tank full the truck is low on gas

The radiator needs topping off

Then you start to use the jumper wire to test the waste switch!

The 570 did away with the low pressure sensor so it’s a little easier to diagnose then the 405 was.

if you can push the microswitch by hand and it is working....then I would check and see if either you have something stuck in the pivot of the float and it is not coming up as high as it needs to....or..the float itself is filling with water...2 good places to look before replacing the switch.....

Glad you got it diagnosed! It is never a good idea to leave a waste tank float bypassed. It does get the machine working in a crunch, but you also have to be VERY careful not to suck water through your blower.
Feel free to call me if you ever need help diagnosing. 253-651-3468
