Ok I'll say it up front, "I'm an idiot". Been using this tool for a couple years now and never realized that it didn't have an inline filter for the solution line. Now one of the jets is plugged. I've tried using a small wire from a wire brush and air pressure to no avail. Any suggestions or do I have buy a replacement?

careful poking jets with needles when chunks are stuck hard
It'll jack up a brass jet pretty quick ..jack up stainless too

Try submersing it in muratic acid
(available at in the lawn/garden section at HD or Lowes)
....I "think" that's where I bought mine

That's worked 100% for me

Remove the jet and try gently cleaning with the wire from the brush, often tee jet cleaners are too large. When you can pass the wire easily through the jet, wash it under a tap and blow it out with an air compressor.

what kind of PITA is it to pull the jet?

have an extra jet for field expedient clearing
(when a thin beading needle won't clear it)
Hint, poke the thin beading needle while triggering

if it fouls again within minutes, you need to pull the jet anyway and flush the valve/line

and toss a stuck hard fouled jet in muratic ...trust me

I've done that . I'll try some acid.

I marvel that one of you creative moghuls hasn’t invented a good inline strainer with QC to use INLINE so you can catch this stuff inline before it hits the jets. And if it is already out there, what’s the issue in using one?

I’m gonna ask my chemical
Pimp tomorrow.

I've got inline filters on all my other tools just never noticed this didn't have one. Not sure why manufacturer would sell a tool without one. This what the manifold and jets look like on this tool.

I have other toilet bowl cleaner that's stronger but the works works on stainless or brass for me.
Sometimes you can find a nylon brush that the bristles will fit the orifice. Not sure about that tool though.

I had something get into one of my little Jets at one time. Make sure you plug off the other jet when you're trying to blow backwards the material out of the other jet. It will not clear out if you do not do that

Haven't tried that yet. Been using my back up unit and it has a max psi of 600.

close the ball valve on solution line, crank the PSI, then trigger tool valve before opening sol line valve
close sol line valve before releasing tool valve

won't blow the tool valve that way
