More than likely the next big thing is more and more flooring types that dont need professionals to clean them

Almost no one here could make ends meet on hard surfaces alone.

Grainless LVP, disposable rugs, epoxy grout, real wood for rich and not enough carpet to keep more than a few per city busy.
Lately the more homeowners that I ask about say they would rather have carpet, real wood and ceramic tile. The LVP and the click locks are beginning to peak here. People are beginning to see them for what they are.
Also the property managers that I ask are saying that people shopping for apartments see LVP and ask if all the apartments have it. Prospective tenants do not want it because it always feels dirty. PM’s say it’s becoming like VCT or linoleum. Customers just don’t like it compared to carpet.
Third point is in the summer during college turn. The complexes that I work at were putting in a lot of LVP and click lock. They are going back to carpet because the students prefer carpet and would not rent the apartments with the fake floors.
So there’s that.

A slam dunk, highly effective and self contained vlm crb machine with good extraction capabilities for residential carpet cleaning.

The next Game Changer will be posters who post on bulletin boards regardless if they have a clue about the subject.

Oh, that's called Gurus?

Sorry. In that case, carry on.
