It’s nice to know that’s it’s not just my 870 that now looks obsolete.

Why even buy prochem if you are gonna completely change the Everest? I never heard any complaints about heat or vacuum from Everest owners, maybe they’ve fixed that.
Goofy.

5 years or 500 hours....... whichever comes first. That is really some BS. Who is going to buy this unit and put 100 hours a year on it? Its pretty though
That’s very crooked if that’s true. I put 600hrs on my unit last year. They know our production. How can a successful business pay that $37600 if they’re only producing 100hrs per year?

Yeah I've never heard of an hour restriction on sapphire products and I own 2. I also don't understand the over engineered comments has anyone ever looked behind the panel of an old Maxx 470 or those awful micro processor prochem units from back in the day, this machine seems very well thought out

It looks great. Congratulations SS.

Now is the time to start working on reliability, simplicity and ease of service.

No need for more models or florescent blinking lights under the chassis. I know, I know, chicks dig them. But no thank you.

Just diligently put your energy towards straightening all the little kinks and improving the little details that make our life (the cleaner) easier and simpler. Do that and it will earn you a reputation through the years and you'll be golden.

$37k+ and how about 2 different circuits?, 2 pressures settings, 2 temps settings, 2 injection.....etc? The design improvements and build are impressive. The current state of the company/manufacturer is also impressive. But sending out 2 tech's who can't effectively split their efforts when needed is imho missing the mark. Not being able to turn the heat completely off is a bit strange but oh well.

We have all those features on our AT and we very rarely use them

Bypassing heat should be as easy as turning off a valve. An easy upgrade for a do it yourselfer. Just need a couple shut off valves and a y fitting I would think.

Brutal.

I’m very happy with my 2,100 hr machine. I kiss it every morning and wipe it down with a $100 bill.

Yeah. The new machine is expensive. I think the Ca compliant smog bullcrap may be a factor.
