HydraMaster introduces new TMTG4000™ Truckmount to Go™ Mobile Cleaning and Restoration Plant

When does a truckmount not require a truck? HydraMaster is proud to introduce the newest addition to its complete line of truckmounts- the TMTG4000™ Truckmount to Go™ Mobile Cleaning and Restoration Plant. The HydraMaster TMTG4000 Truckmount to Go is a mobile, high performance cleaning and extraction system designed for restoration and cleaning contractors, facility managers, and disaster emergency response teams who need an easy to operate and easy to transport unit. The TMTG4000™ Truckmount to Go™ is not just limited to water extraction like other mobile systems. It provides restorative, deep cleaning and water extraction capabilities. Most restoration job sites require comprehensive deep cleaning needs after the flood waters have been extracted. It can be directly delivered to the job site for immediate and on-going deep cleaning and extraction of carpets, upholstery, hard surface floors, sidewalk, porch and entry way cleaning; water and flood extraction, and pressure washing where immediate collection of cleaning solutions and soiling are beneficial.

The complete self-contained, turn-key system can be transported via flatbed or pick-up truck, van, trailer, or even an industrial cart. The protective sub-frame is equipped with forklift guides for safe and easy loading and unloading. As the unit provides its own power, no electricity is needed. The unit is lightweight enough the unit can be permanently mounted on an industrial cart for easy transport through college and industrial campuses, amusement parks, golf courses and resorts.

The complete system includes: a wastewater recovery tank; high capacity automatic wastewater disposal system (for pumping wastewater to an on-location sanitary sewage access point); fuel tank; vacuum and solution hoses mounted on a high capacity hose reel; and a cleaning and extraction wand. In addition, the TMTG™ uses a state-of-the-art heat exchange system to heat the cleaning solution, eliminating the need for a second fuel source required for hot water pressure washers.

The TMTG™ does not require the contractor or facility to permanently tie up a vehicle. The unit is simply forklifted into the transport vehicle for delivery to the job site, or shipped by container, pod, or crate to the worksite.

Why don't they make a self propelled version that can be loaded on or off trucks without a forklift and be driven around a university or townhouse complex, etc.

Can someone give me an example of what situation this would be needed?

I just don’t see a purpose in this.

I doubt he knows what any of these are Rich, cut Goobs a break,,,
BOOOOOO!

Hydramaster/Jondon/Aramsco/etc. should tell them tightwad sumbiches to call a professional in their area that is using their machine that they SOLD them, not sell them the damn machine! I said that to build up my point in this conversation that you old goops would've never said.

Similar situation in my home town that I'm going through. I've been putting a bid for the last 3 years on my local schools to clean their carpet during the summer $xx,xxx. And I dropped it $2k to meet their budget price they were wanting. They never replied and I found out they bought several CRB's to clean it themselves like idiots. Who sold it to them?... I don't know. I'm just waiting to see one of these truck mounts outside of the buildings. BUT! If Jondon or whoever would tell them to call one of us...we'd buy more of their marked up chems, parts, and TRUCKMOUNTS (much bigger truckmounts also), and it'd help everyone also. Not just them.

DOUCHEBAG MOVE Hydramaster and whoever else might be doing this!

Why the hell are you even posting this "press release" thread that's targeted towards our customer base cutting us out? We're not gonna buy anything like this!

I'm a little frustrated, as you can tell. My local schools wasted $160m on building a high school with a NBA gym (NOT NEEDED) right next to the old gym that's still in use, yet they don't have the funds for teacher staff and maintenance like cleaning.

It's just a matter of time when they get the genius idea to buy something stupid like this

It's sad but carpet cleaning in our buildings is a low priority task delegated to student workers making $7.50 an hour. They are using watered down chems and walkbehind portables. The carpet is never really heavily soiled. So maintenance clean is all that is needed.

Student housing is when they do use the pro's on this campus and it's up for bid every year. Sometimes we win it, sometimes we don't, it goes to the lowest bidder.

Jondon brags about helping us to succeed with their SFS. marketing to OUR customers with a unit like this is not helping us succeed. It’s competing with us.

Sure...sell them some chems and portables that’ll be used until it’s broken, then we’ll get to bid on the big jobs. But sell them these??? The bidding will stop

How is it any different to selling to another guy that wants to be a carpet cleaner in your market? They sell to your competitors every day.

This is why you must focus on being the best marketer you can be. Even if that means hiring help in areas you might be weak in.

It's simply not enough to be a great cleaner, you need to strive to be a great marketer too.

You have a great looking truck. You have a great machine and you deliver a great final product. However if you can't get enough people to recognize you then it won't do you any good.

I'm not suggesting you buy some package to make some other guy rich. I think you have enough cleaners here to talk to that can share what they are doing to drive in work.

You gotta let go of the ones that get away. It will drive you crazy. Plus it's the nature of the business.

It’s a great idea. I’ve seen the same thing used to clean up spills on runways. That unit was permanently mounted in a trailer. The ability to just pick it up and drop in a truck Bed quickly would be great for some niche industries. Especially airports.

Nope. I don’t agree. There is healthy competition out there, but the dealer selling out to their customer’s customers...shear backstabbing!

I understand the need for a quick fix at something like this, but they seem to be marketing to our commercial customer base. Colleges, etc

The WDR industry sells to the rental stores, the big box stores, Ace Hardware along with every school district university and large corporation.

You can't worry about what you can't control. Sell your company to those that want and need a professional.

Most of those entities that are buying those TM's don't have the budget to out source that cleaning.
