Of course I like to tease Jimmy....but the fact is that these urine and feces dispensers are an inseparable part of your customers' existence, and you must market to and communicate with your customers with this understanding always clear in your head.

In just the last 20 years it's gone from "no pets" to "pet friendly"...

I used to have a strictly "no pets" policy on my rental homes.

Guess what?

No tenants except those so poor they can't afford a pet....which means they couldn't pay rent.

People with money have pets, so guess who caved?

I love my animals. I spend most of my day with my dog. He comes to work with me usually. Rides in the truck most of the summer. Duck hunts with me, goes camping, ect... I'd almost call him a companion dog who has helped me through cancer, helped my wife with her hi polar struggles But they have boundaries because they are not humans. They don't get on furniture or ever go to the bathroom in the house. If they did, I would give them away or kill them. Pet's should be trainable to improve your life, not make it worse, more difficult, or be an inconvenience. They are actually alot happier that way. I hate it when people treat them like humans. The animals that are treated like that are usually miserable. The owners just don't see it.
I have an general amount I'm willing to spend on pet health care even, and if they get an illness and it will cost more than that, I kill them. I hate it, and I've cried over putting animals down in the back yard, but sometimes it's the balanced thing to do, because it's an animal, even if it's a "friend." I could have 500 grand in the bank and I wouldn't spend 20k on cancer care for a dog. Just my opinion.

I like both cats and dogs just fine, but it is so glaringly obvious that a huge number of pet owners are using them to fill some kind of emotional, psychological, or biological void. I think it's very unhealthy.

And from a practical level, a house pet is basically an unwashed, exposed, walking rear-end constantly fumbling around your living space. Disgusting.

Jimmy, you fail to understand that I see your point of view.

You are a shining beacon of sanity in a world gone mad.

But should I need some cheap dentistry, I will look you up!
Don't worry Jim, if it's of any comfort to you, there's absolutely no need to look him up, the beacon will find you.

Depends on your county smog laws. I'm in Cali and I only have to smog when I buy it, never again. From what I know it would be very difficult to smog it with a newer engine. Many, many hoops and some luck. Or you have to know a guy... I used to have a smog guy in Chico that I would drive 5 hrs each way to visit. Haha. He disappeared. Sadly. For engine swaps it's wise to buy a pre smog vehicle.

‘That is a classic response Jim

My pug sits on my lap every morning for at least a half hour during my morning coffee

she lays with me on the couch in the evening for an hour or two before bed

I will spend my last share of Apple stock to keep her alive and comfortable as long as she can live

outside of my immediate family , if any other blood relative needs a donor I will only be willing to offer them a couple grand for their burial plot

When it’s yore time of demise Merty , please inform your wife that she can charge the woodchipper rental to my account

she doesn’t have to clean it , they can just take the cost out of my security deposit
