I’m sitting here waiting on a key to get in a $450 move out. This particular property manage dropped the ball ... again.
Many of us here can relate. The struggle is real.

My #1 customer called and asked if I’d been through one of their houses after move out? NO, I don’t have a KEY! Well, come get one, I’m having surgery and I’ll be out. OK!

I don’t have time to mess with him though. My granddaughter had surgery on a crushed nose yesterday so that’s getting my attention.
Hope your granddaughter is okay. Poor girl :(

Here is my day. I'm going on a little motorcycle ride on some back roads today, then heading to my shop to do some paperwork and commercial marketing. Then home to wait for my new banjo delivery. Oh, I also need to pressure wash my pool filters.

I’m waiting on delivery of enough 2 part epoxy to cover 30k sq ft and urethane for 15k sq ft!
Gonna be heavy!

I finally got into that house and got it knocked out. Just got back to the office to find my “new “ Shark vac had arrived. (Vawter new)
Life is grand! I hope your idea of knocking it out was better than Boi Sprout’s idea of knocking it out. At least you didn’t make a video of knocking it out.

She’s a POM girl. Between her Freshman and Sophomore year she got kicked in the nose doing an Ariel. It broke her nose in two places and crushed her septum. She just finished her jr. year. So, Jesus stopped her world to get it repaired. 5 hr. surgery yesterday.
I had a similar surgery to separate my septum a few years ago from an old fight that broke my nose. Not a lot of fun. The good thing is my allergies disappeared.

Nice. I got up early and took my Harley out for a ride, then hopped on the Yamaha and did some more rides on the back roads. Stopped by my buddy Tom's house and checked out his new pool area he just built. Came home and cleaned my pump filters. I may go for another little ride tonight. There is a road here called Sweede Creek Rd I want to explore.

Not looking forward to tomorrow. Got a few jobs and i'm just not feeling it. It's hot!

My wife has been worried that the phones have been OK, but not as crazy as expected (or hoping)

Don't wish for more than you can handle... We reached that point. Calls past 2 days have been insane! Bookings over 2 weeks out now. Everything sizeable.

We unfortunately are having a pretty bad family situation at the moment too. Son in Law Aron, his mom has a rare blood cancer.

She has been airlifted to two hospitals over the holiday weekend. She is not doing well at all. Very fragile now, bones break easy and if she gets cut, she will bleed out.

She fell, she busted open her head, and fractured her back 😔

She is only 52 years old I believe. They brought her home today. Aron and our daughter are with her tonight visiting. Tears everywhere!

We are trying to keep Aron available to be free from jobs... It's not happy times around here...

When my youngest was 15 we had a 5 speed Bronco 2 as our vehicle. We pulled a 4/6 with floor
equipment and pretty much kept it with us. We cleaned a school and we’d have her sister and her vacuum a hall while we did too. One day she finished her hall and asked for the keys to listen to the radio. I obliged. Her mom and I finished what we were doing and walked to the atrium, looked out to see the Bronco driving around in the parking
lot with that 4/6 behind. She saw us and pulled up to the front smiling. Her mom pointed her finger at her and said, Stop That! She ragged me every day to let her do it. Every time her mother would walk by, shake her finger and tell her to Stop. She never did. She can still do it today at 42🤷🏼‍♂️😂 She pretty much taught herself how to drive the standard and maneuver the 4/6.
