I think if someone is using the product as directed and claiming what the manufacturer states about the product, they should be fine. If not, they will be fined.

• "helps prevent"
• "sanitizes" (without saying sanitizes "what")

are all true

One may question the ethics of ho$ing stupid people, but not the legality of it.

hell, it's not much different than charging an arm and a leg for a spritz of ScwatchGord on a poly rag by claiming it's an "improvement".

You're not lying, but do leave out the part the "improvement" is measured in nano fractions and will only last for 63 steps of traffic.
